This Copyrights Policy outlines the ownership and protection of intellectual property related to the Service operated by "ScorpionJournal". It also describes the procedure for reporting copyright infringement.

  1. Ownership of Service Content

All content, features, and functionality provided on or through the Service, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by "ScorpionJournal", its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

      • Trademarks: The company name, the terms, the company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of "ScorpionJournal" or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of "ScorpionJournal".

By posting User Content, you grant "ScorpionJournal" a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service, and for research and development purposes.

    5. Responsibility for Content
    6. You are solely responsible for all User Content you post. You affirm and warrant that:

  5. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claim that User Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

    1. Notification of Infringement

    3. Repeat Infringers
    4. We reserve the right to remove any User Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, and at our sole discretion, to terminate the account of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer.
